Yes, all plans include free rescheduling. If you miss a class or need to reschedule, simply inform your teacher or our admin team via WhatsApp at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. We will arrange a make-up class at a convenient time for you.

Yes! Students on the Standard, Premium, and Weekend Elite plans receive a digital completion certificate upon finishing their course or milestone (e.g., completing Noorani Qaida, finishing the Quran, or completing Hifz). Certificates are issued with the teacher's signature and academy stamp.
